Attendants should arrange their own accommodation, Puerta de Toledo campus is located at the heart of Madrid with plenty of hotels for all budgets.
Two of the closest hotels are Hotel Ganivet, where lunch will take place,
and Hotel Puerta de Toledo. Hotel Ganivet offers a special price, including taxes, for reservations made by phone for WAF2018 attendants. Daily prices are: double room, individual use, no breakfast 71 EUR, with breakfast 79 EUR; double room, breakfast included, 87 EUR.
Hotel Puerta de Toledo offers special prices too, including breakfast and taxes,
if room is booked using their web page with the code WAF2018: Single room 66 EUR, double room individual use 76 EUR, double room 96 EUR.
Prices will be kept up to 10 days prior to the conference.
Anyway we encourage you to check prices for these hotels using your favorite booking page, it may happen that prices are even lower than those (as of October 17th they are).
